Our Staff

Angela is our check in receptionist as well as a nurse. She is responsible for checking each patient in and making sure that your information is correct upon arrival to our office. She will also fill in for Lisa B and Barbara when they are not in the office.

Lisa B. is our medical assistant. She is responsible for getting information for all new patients to go into your medical record and for taking each patient to their rooms for their visits with our physicians. She is also the person to be called for medication refills, as long as you are not within your post op period. You would also contact Lisa for any test results.

Barbara is our surgery nurse. She is responsible for scheduling all surgeries for our physicians and the person to call for medication refills within your post op period.

Lisa A. is our test scheduler. She is responsible for scheduling all tests that are ordered by our physicians as well as getting authorization for those tests.

Kathy J. is our check out receptionist/secretary. She is responsible for entering charges for your visit and collecting copayments, getting together any work slips needed and coordinating all items requested for you by your physician. She also is the secretary for each physician and coordinates all paperwork regarding work status, etc for insurance companies and attorneys.

Sara is our x-ray coordinator. She is responsible for tracking/obtaining all films/reports for any tests that are scheduled by our physicians.

Paula is our appointment secretary/medical records clerk. She is the person who is primarily responsible for answering phones and making appointments for patients. She is responsible for printing all medical records for patients, attorneys or insurance companies as requested.

Linda is our billing representative. She is responsible for all billing related functions such as answering questions related to bills, entering our physician's charges and posting patient and insurance company payments .

Kathy A. is our information systems coordinator. She is responsible for maintaining our electronic medical records system/medical software systems.

Trey is our administrator. He is responsible for overseeing our staff members and the functioning of our office.
